FREE LAYAWAY

Scales and Tails is happy to offer Layaway to accommodate  purchases for our reptiles, aquariums and aquatic products. For your ordering convenience we offer 30 day layaway plans for all packages and items listed on our website. We require just an initial 20% CASH layaway payment equal to the total purchase price and the remaining balance to be paid off at time of pickup within 30 days. Payments MUST be made weekly  until the balance is paid in full and if applicable will include a fee for feeding, rent and general care during a layaway agreement. Payments must be made regularly, as scheduled, and must be received by us, on or before the day they are due.  Come by the store for more information.

To help prevent impulsive purchases, layaway payments are not refundable for any reason since the animal is considered sold once deposit is made. For each layaway, a new deposit is required. The layaway period starts from the date that we receive the separate signed Layaway Contract along with your 20% deposit.
